FAQ
What counts as 1 GB of encrypted throughput?
1 GB = 1 gigabyte of plaintext data processed through the HQH-539-512 encryption pipeline. Each encrypt() call counts the byte length of the input.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits are permanent and carry over indefinitely. There is no expiry date on any credit package.
Can I use both a subscription and credits?
Yes. Credits supplement your subscription allowance. Once your 100 GB/month subscription quota is reached, credits are drawn down automatically.
Is the engine really running in my browser?
Yes — 100%. SHA3-512 (Keccak-512) is implemented in pure TypeScript. HKDF and AES-GCM use the browser's native Web Crypto API. Zero data is transmitted to any server during encryption.
What is the T3 hardness claim?
Pre-image resistance is estimated at ≥ 3⁵³⁹ (≈854-bit classical equivalent). This is a heuristic and empirical claim — formal cryptanalysis is ongoing. It is not a reduction to LWE or SIS.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from your Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Questions about enterprise licensing?
CBDC testnet integrations, sovereign treasury deployments, and volume licensing are handled separately.
